How to book a hotel room

You cannot book the hotel by this registration form!
You have to do it by this booking form of the hotel:
1) Go to this linked booking page
2) Select the planned days
3) Right above the blue button Availability Search you see a linked Booking Code - click it, a small form opens
4) Fill into this form IPTC2018 - click Apply Code
5) Then you should see an offered Standard Room for 150 EUR (single use) or 170 EUR (double use) each day. BE AWARE: The shown Stay Total includes the Conference Package (called DDR by the hotel) of 80 EUR for any booked Meeting days.
6) Continue with the booking

The booking period closes on 28 March 2018, after that date no rooms are reserved for IPTC.

The room rate is as shown above and the Conference Package are additional 80 EUR (100 USD) per day; the Package includes breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and the meeting space.
Both the room rate and the Conference Package are invoiced by the Divani Caravel hotel, not by IPTC.
